Dozens of public figures from the worlds of arts, business and media turned up for the grand opening of Papagalos Athens, at Kyprou 65. A night of modern Greek cuisine, signature cocktails and music curated by Maggie Charalampidou.

Glyfada has a new meeting point for lovers of good food and modern lifestyle. Papagalos Athens opened its doors at Kyprou 65 — and its very first night had everything the name promises.

Following the success of Papagalos in Dubai (Palm Jumeirah) and Mykonos, the new venture brings a fresh, thoroughly contemporary proposition to the dining scene of the southern suburbs. At the opening, dozens of friends and personalities from the arts, business and media enjoyed the refined dishes to the sounds of Maggie Charalampidou’s music selections.

In a space where elegance meets relaxed luxury, Papagalos feels like a destination from the first moment: earthy tones, tropical references and a considered aesthetic create an atmosphere of effortless cosmopolitanism — something of the air of the international destinations the name “Papagalos” has become known for.

Among the guests were Vicky Chatzivasileiou, Zina Koutselini with her daughter Emma Papastathopoulou, Ioanna Maleskou, Maria Androutsou, Nikoleta Sereti, Afroditi Grammeli, Dimitris Oungarezos and Charis Telonas, while the music of the night was curated by Maggie Charalampidou.
